Job Title: Account Supervisor
Description: The ideal candidate is an independent thinker and proactive self-starter with an imagination and strong drive to succeed. Mid to senior level account management position responsible for servicing selected agency clients and managing account executives.
Minimum 5-7 years experience as an Account Supervisor in an advertising/marketing agency or equivalent experience environment.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent, relevant experience.
Job Status: Full Time
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience

 Job Summary: The Account Supervisor’s primary role is to manage the development and delivery of Ramey marketing and promotional services using exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and effective leadership skills. The Account Supervisor must efficiently balance multiple tasks while effectively directing cross-functional Agency teams. The Account Supervisor actively contributes to leading the communication of ideas, projects and agency points of view as well as actively contributes to growing the client’s business. This position will be be accountable for all client initiatives and ultimately responsible for positive client satisfaction. You’ll be expected to lead, manage internal groups, apply strategies, and build client relationships that result in effective and efficient advertising/integrated marketing communications.

Industry Experience Required: Primary - Corporate Communications, Brand Development and Integrated Marketing
Secondary - Healthcare, Financial Services

 Overview: Responsibilities, skills and requirements include:
• Key client service contact on all brands—lead in building and maintaining agency/client relationship
• Manage client communication and oversee management of day-to-day client needs
• Collaborate and coordinate with strategist in leading discovery sessions to understand brands
• Write concise and creative briefs/strategies
• Actively generate and manage new business initiatives
• Track and manage client billing and budget requirements
• Guide internal agency process and be able to integrate with all departments and various dynamics
• Experience managing outside media relationships- both with digital media and traditional partners
• Clear understanding and solid background working in all mediums including digital advertising environments
• Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and guide a team of driven individuals
• Strategic thinker with a passion for branding, advertising and integrated marketing
• Must be willing to travel primarily, but not limited, to the southeast region

We are in need of a website/graphic designer to help us create unique solutions in the areas of website design and coding as well as other marketing materials in the areas of video production and print. We are looking for individuals to share our passion for bringing our clients' visions to life. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in website design and graphics and be skilled in design software such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Past experience with website content management systems such as Expression Engine or Joomla! is desirable, and experience in video production software such as After Effects and Premier is a plus. Flash Developer (Contract)
